E*INFO UPDATE:  RICA would like to thank Jessie McCabe of the BNSF Railway for her service as the Chairperson of the E*Info Committee.     Jessie has a new role at the BNSF and will be coming off as chairperson.    In her place, RICA would like to announce that Richard Flores of Colossal Transport will be taking over as chair of the E*Info Committee.

Did you know?  Temperature changes can alter rail clearances.  Expansion & contraction of rail (particularly on curves), frost heaving, and extensive icing in tunnels & rock cuts, can reduce vertical and/or horizontal clearance. (courtesy AREMA C28)
